QA Engineer

Our client isseeking a talented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a QA Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their software solutions. You will collaborate closely with the development team to design and execute comprehensive test plans identify and report defects and contribute to the continuous improvement of products. Responsibilities:

• Design write and execute automated and manual test plans against business requirements
• Define scope of testing within the context of each release / sprint
• Continuously work on implementing quality assurance process improvements and contribute toour automation testing frameworks
• Execute automated tests and analyse automation test results
• Act as point of contact with Engineering and Product teams and develop a strong understandingof the product and testing objectives
• Create new automated scripts and other methods to prevent bugs
• Perform various aspects of Software QA including but not limited to functional testing systemtesting regression testing security testing and browser/platform testing
• Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build new testing and validationcases
• Participate in troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause
• identification and resolution
• Document and track issues as appropriate
• Manage QA work assignments and ensure timely deliverables
• Manage testing hardware and software infrastructure
• Perform other QA tasks as assigned

Skills and Experience Required:

• BS degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 4 years of software QA experience preferably within legal technology
• Strong experience in QA Automation using Selenium/C#
• Experience in web user interfaces and web technologies
• Good development/scripting skills in common languages
• Good SQL scripting/query skills
• Experience in Agile testing methodologies
• Any API experience is desirable
• Strong problem solving skills
• Must be well organised and selfmotivated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
