Job Overview:

As a Product Designer in our team youll youll play a crucial role in the entire product development process directly contributing to our mission of eliminating the use of fossil fuels and fostering a green future. Your role involves direct engagement with stakeholders and customers focusing on creating impactful and delightful user experiences.

What Youll Be Doing

Collaborate with product managers and engineers from initial concept to final implementation.

Conduct user research to define and solve clear problem statements.

Ideate and design highimpact solutions with minimal effort.

Handle design tasks including wireframing prototyping and usability testing.

Contribute to product strategy and maintain an effective feedback loop.

Lead design thinking sessions to foster innovation and creative problemsolving.

Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product design.

What You Need To Succeed:

Over 4 years of experience in Product Design.

Strong understanding of business strategy product vision and user research.

Empathy for users coupled with a usercentered and agile design approach.

Good technological knowledge for effective collaboration with engineering teams.

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead design initiatives.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced changing environment.
