Program Manager

As a Program Manager you lead complex multidisciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with client stakeholders and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. Youre equally at home explaining your teams analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise you manage various programs and teams.

In this role you will work across product areas to address marketer painpoints enable shared processes and technical infrastructure and deliver secure scalable marketing platforms in partnership with our crossfunctional stakeholders and engineering partners.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience within software development or equivalent experience
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 3 years of experience in leadership roles.

• 5 years of experience managing crossfunctional/team projects.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multilocation teams to deliver projects on time & with high quality.
• Experience collaborating with product owners stakeholders and engineers on implementing digital marketing solutions.
• Experience identifying and mitigating risk leveraging technical solutions and processes. Knowledge of existing and emerging digital technologies & marketing trend
