General Manager
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our pharmacy operations and oversee our call center. The General Manager will be responsible for managing patient care coordinators (PCCs) PCC leads Data Entry and Benefit Analysis teams ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility and efficient call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead teams responsible for call center operations data entry prescription fulfillment logistics and inventory management.
- Oversee daytoday operations including scheduling training retraining and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet call center demands and goals including the implementation of new projects and programs.
- Utilize pharmacy general management experience to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
- Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
- Understand specialty pharmacy operations and possess experience in running other companies.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Oversee daily call center operations assigning work appropriately to meet daily demands.
- Manage the scheduling process to achieve maximum productivity with minimum overtime.
- Track analyze and report call center and agent performance using reports establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report findings to upper management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pharmacy general management or a related field with a deep understanding of call center operations.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics processes.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelors degree in pharmacy business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word Excel and Outlook)
