Utilize 15 years of extensive experience in Salesforce to provide strategic direction and handson expertise in the implementation of Salesforce products and solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align Salesforce strategies with overall business objectives ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders providing regular updates on project statuses timelines and potential risks.
Foster a culture of excellence mentorship and collaboration within the Salesforce team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of handson experience in Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing Salesforce teams in complex enterpriselevel environments.
Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices with the ability to architect and implement scalable solutions.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products integrations and customization capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives manage resources effectively and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Education:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
