Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliverable 1: CI/CD Artifacts(s): CI/CD Pipeline(s) produced using GitHub Actions. These pipelines will be used to automate the build test and deployment process.
- Deliverable 2: Workflow Artifact(s): Workflow data stored as artifacts in GitHub. These artifacts will allow the team to share data between jobs in a workflow and store data once that workflow have completed.
- Deliverable 3: Deployment Package(s): packages that can be used to deploy software to various environments.
- Deliverable 4: Release Notes: Notes documenting changes made to the solution in each release.
- Deliverable 5: Test Scripts and Results: Reports that document the results of automated tests.
- Deliverable 6: Deployment Results
- Deliverable 7: Knowledge Transfer
- 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role with a strong focus on automating deployment processes and CI/CD workflows.
- 3 years of experience designing implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with a particular emphasis on GitHub Actions.
- 3 years of experience in scripting and automation with proficiency in languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
- 3 years of experience in automated testing frameworks and processes with the ability to implement these in a CI/CD pipeline.
- 3 years of experience in monitoring troubleshooting and optimizing DevOps processes and tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
- 3 years of experience in working within agile development environments (preferably on small teams) and a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
- (5) years of experience with source code management and version control using tools like Git including branching strategies and collaborative development.
- (3) years of experience in setting up and maintaining testing frameworks ensuring continuous quality assurance throughout the development and deployment processes.
