Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive physical security assessment of Client Government premises.
Identify and evaluate strengths and weaknesses in existing physical security controls.
Utilize social engineering techniques to simulate attempts at unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Attempt to gain physical access to network jacks in Client overnment offices.
Assess and document the effectiveness of access control systems surveillance cameras alarms and other physical security measures.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand security requirements and expectations.
Provide recommendations for enhancing physical security controls based on assessment findings.
Develop and execute testing scenarios to evaluate the response of security personnel during simulated security incidents.
Review and analyze existing security policies and procedures related to physical security.
Provide expertise on security standards guidelines and best practices relevant to physical security.
Generate detailed reports outlining assessment methodologies findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure alignment between physical and information security measures.
Conduct training sessions for employees on physical security awareness and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends tools and techniques in physical security assessments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security assessments.
Bachelors degree
Relevant certifications in physical security and access control (e.g. PSP Physical Security Professional).
Indepth knowledge of access control systems surveillance technologies and physical security protocols.
Familiarity with social engineering techniques and their application in physical security assessments.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills in assessing vulnerabilities and recommending mitigations.
Excellent communication skills for articulating findings risks and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Technology Stack:
Access Control Systems:
Knowledge of popular access control systems such as Lenel HID and Software House.
Surveillance Technologies:
Familiarity with CCTV systems IP cameras and video analytics.
Physical Security Tools:
Use of physical security assessment tools for evaluating the integrity of physical barriers and controls.

Utilize social engineering toolkit for simulated unauthorized access attempts.

Understanding of the intersection between physical and network security including access to network jacks.
