Job Description
- Initial contract up to 30 June 2025 with further extension of 12 Months
- Location: ACT NSW QLD SA VIC
- Security: Must have Negative Vetting Level 1
About the Role:
SoftLabs is seeking for EL1 Broadcom Data Centre Security Engineer ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in ACT NSW QLD SA VIC.
Requirements:
- Perform BAU operations maintenance and management of Broadcom DCS.
- Planning scheduling and implementing periodical patch bug fixes and major system upgrades for Broadcom DCS.
- Document technical knowledge in the knowledge database (Standard Operating Procedures) update detailed design and as built documentation.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the daily operations and management of Broadcom DCS including but not limited to identify isolating and resolving the root cause of the technical support issues implementing daily health checks and configuring / managing reporting and knowledge transfer to other support staff.
Desirable Criteria:
- Strong technical understanding of Broadcom DCS including configuring and optimising the product.
- Strong understanding of the Essential Eight Application Control mitigation strategy and the applicable Information Security Manual (ISM) controls and how to implement them within Broadcom DCS.
- Experience in planning scheduling and implementing periodical patch bug fixes and major system upgrades for Broadcom DCS.
- Experience in upgrading from Broadcom DCS version 6.7.x to 6.9.x
