Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse looking to specialize in Renal Vascular care If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our esteemed healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Renal Vascular nursing.

As a Registered Nurse you will play a vital role in delivering specialized care to patients with renal vascular conditions contributing to their wellbeing and improved quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with renal vascular disorders including those with renal artery stenosis renal artery aneurysms and other related conditions. Gather relevant medical history and data to develop personalized care plans.
Dialysis Management: Provide expert care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment closely monitoring their vital signs and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of dialysis sessions.
Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
Dialysis Catheter Care: Manage and maintain dialysis catheters including dressing changes catheter site care and troubleshooting any related issues.
Collaborative Care: Collaborate with nephrologists interventional radiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for renal vascular patients.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about renal vascular conditions treatment options and selfmanagement techniques to empower them in their healthcare journey.
Monitoring and Observation: Monitor patients progress recognizing any changes or complications and promptly reporting to the healthcare team for timely interventions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records documenting patient assessments treatments and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to infection control protocols patient safety guidelines and healthcare regulations to maintain a safe and sterile environment.

Requirements:
Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license within the State of practice.
Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing required Bachelors Degree preferred.
One (1) year Med Surg RN experience in an Acute Care environment preferred.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association required.
NIH Stroke Scale certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
Strong understanding of renal vascular conditions dialysis procedures and patient care techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients families and healthcare professionals.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and challenging environment.
Compassionate empathetic and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Attention to detail and strict adherence to patient confidentiality.
