Currently we are a team of 80 talented individuals spread across the globe dedicated to delivering stateoftheart recruitment solutions to fastgrowing companies around the globe. Our HQ is located in Oslo Norway where we have a team of 50 consultants from various educational fields and professional domains.
This fall we are looking to welcome students who are required to undertake work practice (internships) as a part of their academic curriculum. Our internships available in HR RecruitmentBusinessFinanceMarketing and Data Analysis last between 8 to 12 weeks and are tailored for those who want toapply their theoretical knowledge in a realworld setting under the mentorship of industry experts. Youll engage in meaningful projects gaining handson experience while collaborating with a global network of professionals and stakeholders all within the context of your academic field of study.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for students in the process of acquiring a Bachelors or Masters degree and want to gain experience in an international scaleup environment.If youre someone who thrives on learning and selfimprovement always aims to make a meaningful impact and commits to delivering topnotch quality all while valuing genuine and personal connections with others youll fit right in at Amby. Were also looking for someone who:
- Are fluent in English and Norwegian and able to build strong relationships with different people through effective verbal and written communication.
- Are able to work from our offices at Grnerlkka in Oslo during the internship.
- Are driven by curiosity and a desire to continuously expand own knowledge base by proactively researching and acquiring new information.
- Have a knack for creative problemsolving and the ability to stay analytical solutionoriented and persistent when faced with challenges.
- Have the ability to take ownership of own projectsand a strong motivation to put in the required time and effort to complete a task or project on time.
