We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to work with our largest global customers. Your focus will be on ensuring they achieve value from our software; developing our relationship with them and ensuring One Click LCA is at the forefront of our Enterprise customers lowcarbon journey.
One Click LCA is the construction industrys leading digital platform for Life Cycle Assessment for buildings infrastructure and manufacturing. A B2B SaaS business our solutions are used in over 140 countries across 50000 global construction projects with 150000 certified construction data points and trusted by the biggest names in construction and manufacturing (Sweco Ramboll Arup etc.).
You will join a supportive effective and missionoriented team in a flexible friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.
This fulltime permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in the EU / UK / Finland.
What youll do:
- Work strategically with customers to drive adoption and enable them to put One Click LCA at the heart of their Low Carbon design plans
- Execute strategies and develop success plans to drive software activation at One Click LCAs largest global customers
- Be responsible for ensuring effective onboarding and training of our enterprise customers across their global teams via working with internal One Click subject matter experts
- Be a named point of contact for our Enterprise users building relationships and ensuring they have all they need to achieve sustained business value with One Click LCA
- Run firstclass and highly effective external meetings e.g. Monthly Operational Reviews Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews
- Be an orchestrator among our internal teams to ensure enterprise customers get the help they need to be successful with our software
- Problemsolve and design processes to help establish our new Enterprise function
- Help our customers to shape their longterm lowcarbon strategy with our software at the heart of it
- Use relevant data sources to understand customer health and take the appropriate actions to improve it where necessary
- Closely monitor software usage and proactively take action to ensure usage and revenue targets are met and exceeded
- Work closely with our Enterprise Business Development team on the commercial aspects of the account to ensure customers renew and expand with One Click LCA
What you need:
- Drive strategies and the ability to influence to grow usage of our software amongst Enterprise customers
- A willingness to build relationships with multiple customer personas
- An understanding of the commercial aspects of managing large global accounts
- A passion for helping customers learn and be successful
- The ability to quickly understand a customers business strategies and ensure your work complements them
- Operational excellence and detail focus
- Ability to lead internal teams towards a common goal
- You are a diligent planner able to set and deliver against regular goals
- You are analytically minded using all the data at your disposal to inform your decisionmaking
- You are comfortable thinking creatively and working independently to solve problems and improve ways of working
- Experience with account and stakeholder planning
- Subject matter expertise on LCA low carbon design or similar industry topics is desired
