Finance Specialist part-time for a Sustainability SaaS

We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive parttime Finance Specialist to join our effective and supportive team in Helsinki for a fixedterm position.

In this role you will be responsible for billing new subscriptions and renewals and following up the accounts receivables with customers to ensure timely payments. You will participate in the overdue management process by ensuring supplier forms and portals are maintained appropriately and clients are contacted in case of an overdue payment. You will work closely with the finance team and support in various daily tasks.

This parttime (4060% working time) fixedterm position is based in Helsinki. The exact working hours and contract duration can be agreed upon depending on the preferences & availability.

What you will do:

The core purpose of the role is to support One Click LCAs global business invoicing and collection processes running smoothly.

• Issue invoices based on sales (new renewals upsells)
• Review CRM records updating them as necessary
• Manage the accounts receivables
• Research past due invoices ensure accurate and timely collection correspondence
• Document daily collections activity
• Supporting tasks such as completing supplier forms and questionnaires
• Support with accounts payable ensuring accuracy and timeliness in verifying invoices obtaining approvals
• Support the team with other related tasks

What you need:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting (e.g. still studying or recently graduated)
• Experience and understanding of billing and accounts receivable processes
• Getthingsdone attitude and push for improvements
• Diligence in administrative tasks and attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience with sales processes
• Strong communication and good teamwork skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English as it is our working language
• Fluency in Finnish is seen as an advantage as it may be necessary to navigate Finnish tax regulations
