What You Will Be Working With

You will be primarily tasked with fueling our growth by targeting and securing highvalue accounts. While maintaining service standards for existing clients the emphasis is on aggressive portfolio expansion and tapping new sales opportunities. This role collaboratively refines our sales approach ensuring that our marketing and sales strategies are always forwardlooking and geared towards the companys ambitious growth objectives.

  • Analyze industry trends competitive landscape and market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
  • Drive the endtoend sales process from initial contact to closing the deal while effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate warm leads and capitalize on inbound interest. You will also be working closely with the CEO and Operations Lead in Sweden.
  • Devise and execute a bespoke sales strategy tailored for Sweden considering cultural economic and industryspecific nuances.
  • Regularly report on sales activities pipeline and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure a smooth handoff to the implementation or account management teams.
  • Provide training sessions for new Account Managers on sales techniques service knowledge and client management.
  • Design and train on optimal use of sales tools and technologies
  • Regularly check in with key clients to gauge their satisfaction understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients positioning our company as a trusted partner.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A proven track record in B2B sales business development and experience with driving growth and revenue processes. and exceeded targets.
  • Experience with managing sales processes endtoend; from lead generation prospecting client meetings negotiations to closing and account management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (we use Hubspot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the demonstrated ability to present confidently in a way that engages others both internally and externally.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English both written and verbal.
  • Has a bachelors masters degree or equivalent.
  • Has a great network within the People/Talent/HR space.
  • Ability to build great relationships built on trust.
  • Is a resourceful and creative problem solver who will roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

It Would Also Be Nice If You

  • Have experience with selling professional services or similar.
  • Have experience with building a GTM strategy.
  • Have handson experience with sales training sales management sales operations or revenue operations.
