Product Manager

Since our start in 2017 we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the financial health of our users.

So far weve helped Swedes Finns Norwegians and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher; new markets new products and new ways of improving financial lives in an innovative way. As a Product Manager you will be joining a diverse and fastpaced scaleup environment with coworkers who are motivated helpful adaptable and committed to creating fantastic (we mean amazing) products.

What you will be doing
We believe that everyone should get the interest rate they deserve meaning that assisting our users with debt management will always be at the core of what we do. In this role you will expand on this work while identifying and building new fintech solutions that people actually need. Naturally you will lead a talented team of engineers designers and other expertise assisting you in achieving our mission that goes without saying. But additionally you will play a critical role in fostering our culture of a fastpaced dynamic company fueled by innovation and collaboration. As if that wasnt enough your responsibilities will cover:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Defining the products goal target customer primary features and use cases.
• Determining success metrics and incorporating user input into the product life cycle.
• Own and drive a positive revenue outcome through connecting product performance and execution to the businesss toplevel goals.
• Leverage your financial expertise to understand market trends identify opportunities and navigate regulations.
• Think like a chess grandmaster crafting longterm strategies that align with the companys vision and mitigate potential risks.
  

Product Prioritization and Problem Solving:

• Become a data whisperer gleaning insights from user behavior and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Managing the product roadmap and daily making tradeoffs based on feedback and data.
• Solving problems related to product development legal or regulatory concerns and competitive issues.
• Embrace your inner detective conducting thorough research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
  

Execution: Timelines Resources and Obstacle Removal:

• Collaborating with engineering to set and meet goals on time.
• Master the art of time management juggling multiple priorities and leading your team to efficient execution.
• Advocating for resources removing obstacles and ensuring a clear roadmap for execution.

Communication and Coordination:

• Organizing and communicating team status progress and obstacles.
• Conveying the rationale behind the product roadmap and tradeoffs to the entire organization.

Who you are

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be able to make the complex understandable. Your role will deal with intricate aspects of our product portfolio and creating understanding across functions and domains is paramount in order to achieve a great result. You will probably have worked in a similar role before joining us and while experience from Fintech is not a requirement dealing with complex solutions is.

Moreover we would like to see evidence of the following in your background:

• 24 years of experience from leading a product team of designers and engineers in a product technology environment
• Technical experience in managing technical products as a PM or as software engineer
• Education or experience that has a strong business commercial and technology focus with a track record showcasing your impact in previous roles.
• Knowledge of product methodologies user research and product roadmapping.
• Experience in digital products: mobile and web applications and working in an international context.
• A strong business and commercial understanding and understanding what drives customer engagement. This enables you to push design boundaries If that feels like a buzzword sentence its because it was but we have a feeling if you know what we mean.
