Tasks

• Shape the product vision and roadmap identifying growth opportunities in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilize agile frameworks and software development lifecycle knowledge to effectively communicate and guide the team.
• Proactively address impediments hindering the teams successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
• Manage the backlog prioritizing items to optimize future sprints for maximum value.
• Foster transparency and facilitate seamless communication between technical and business teams.
• Deliver products aligned with our unique startup vision while understanding our overarching business strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a techoriented startup environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Agile processes and principles.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical acumen and understanding of the software development process.
