Talentry is looking for a Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Management to optimize the revenue cycle process strategically as well as tactically.

The right person for this role will own the full revenue cycle both front and backend to streamline processes ensure revenue enhancement strategies are met all the way from verifying insurance through denials management cash posting and collections.

This professional will stay up on current regulations laws and policies. He or she will manage vendor relationships ensuring alignment with laws company policies and objectives. This role oversees data analytics and reporting to the leadership team regarding revenue cycle status. It also develops policies and KPIs for optimizing performance.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree and 10 years of experience.

Proven revenue cycle leadership.

Demonstrated healthcare experience.
