  • FullTime 40 Hours per week
  • PHP 30000 takehome pay per month
  • HMO on Day 1
  • Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 AM 8:00 AM Philippine time

About the Client:

The clients has a leading international brand integrates Chinese and German technology in its expansive operations across America Asia Europe and Australia. Its 47000sqm manufacturing plant produces 15000 elevator units 5000 escalator/moving walkway units and 1000 car lifts annually.


About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative (Inbound and Outbound) will play a crucial role in expanding the companys reach by engaging with a list of leads and effectively using a script to set appointments.

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs):


First 2 Weeks:
  • Understand the companys products services and value proposition.
    • Attend product knowledge and script training sessions.

    • Shadow experienced Appointment Setters to gain insights into effective call strategies.

  • Familiarize with the CRM and calling software.

    • Complete training on the CRM system for tracking leads and appointments.

    • Practice calls using the calling software in a simulated environment.

First Month:
  • Begin outbound calling to the list of leads.

    • Make an average of 7080 calls per day adhering to the provided script with the aim to set appointments.

    • Achieve a target of setting at least 10 appointments by the end of the first month.

  • Refine calling strategies based on initial feedback and results.

    • Participate in weekly review meetings to discuss challenges and strategies for improvement.

First 90 Days:
  • Increase the number of successfully set appointments.

    • Aim to set 20 appointments per month by optimizing call strategies and improving engagement techniques.

  • Contribute to the refinement of the calling script and processes.

    • Provide feedback on script effectiveness and suggest modifications based on experiences.

In 180 Days:
  • Demonstrate consistent performance improvement.

    • Maintain or increase the monthly appointment setting target focusing on quality leads.

  • Begin mentoring new hires based on successful strategies and insights gained.

    • Share best practices and tips with newer team members to help them acclimate faster.


In a Year s Time:
  • Become a key player in the sales process through exceptional appointment setting results.

    • Consistently meet or exceed appointment setting targets with a focus on highquality leads that result in sales.

  • Lead by example and contribute to the team s strategic planning.

    • Actively participate in strategic planning sessions to improve appointment setting processes and overall sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (neutral accent required)

  • Experience with CRM systems and calling software preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
