This is a remote position.
The Customer Service Representative (Inbound and Outbound) will play a crucial role in expanding the companys reach by engaging with a list of leads and effectively using a script to set appointments.
Attend product knowledge and script training sessions.
Shadow experienced Appointment Setters to gain insights into effective call strategies.
Familiarize with the CRM and calling software.
Complete training on the CRM system for tracking leads and appointments.
Practice calls using the calling software in a simulated environment.
Begin outbound calling to the list of leads.
Make an average of 7080 calls per day adhering to the provided script with the aim to set appointments.
Achieve a target of setting at least 10 appointments by the end of the first month.
Refine calling strategies based on initial feedback and results.
Participate in weekly review meetings to discuss challenges and strategies for improvement.
Increase the number of successfully set appointments.
Aim to set 20 appointments per month by optimizing call strategies and improving engagement techniques.
Contribute to the refinement of the calling script and processes.
Provide feedback on script effectiveness and suggest modifications based on experiences.
Demonstrate consistent performance improvement.
Maintain or increase the monthly appointment setting target focusing on quality leads.
Begin mentoring new hires based on successful strategies and insights gained.
Share best practices and tips with newer team members to help them acclimate faster.
Become a key player in the sales process through exceptional appointment setting results.
Consistently meet or exceed appointment setting targets with a focus on highquality leads that result in sales.
Lead by example and contribute to the team s strategic planning.
Actively participate in strategic planning sessions to improve appointment setting processes and overall sales strategies.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (neutral accent required)
Experience with CRM systems and calling software preferred.
Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it effectively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
