As a Senior Associate Attorney you will play a pivotal role in our litigation process representing clients in personal injury cases including automobile injuries. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the litigation process for various personal injury cases including automobile injuries.
  
• Try cases at all levels of court demonstrating exceptional litigation skills and a commitment to advocacy.
  
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients guiding them through the complexities of their cases with compassion and understanding.
  
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
  
• Draft review and file legal documents with precision and attention to detail ensuring compliance with all court requirements.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package starting at $100000 per year ($80000 base plus commission). With performance bonuses experienced trial attorneys can expect to make over $200000 or more. Additionally our client offers benefits after a probationary period.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  

• Admission to the bar in Virginia with good standing.
  

• Minimum of five years of firstchair litigation experience specifically in personal injury law.
  

• Extensive experience in Federal and state courts with a strong track record of trying cases and leading litigation processes.
  
• Exceptional writing ability with the capability to craft compelling legal documents and arguments.
  
• Deep understanding and experience in dealing with insurancerelated matters in personal injury and automobile injury cases.
  
• A positive attitude towards trying cases and a willingness to lead in the courtroom.
  
• Must be willing to work inoffice and be an integral part of our team.
