Role:
  • Key job description Experience in ecommerce space Business Analyst
  • Business Analyst for largescale IT transformation and business transformation programs. We provide consulting with customers and our own experts and propose digital transformation and other business/system improvements. Support business and IT projects endtoend focusing on business/functional requirement definition analysis confirmation and testing
Main job content:
  • Requirements collection requirements analysis
  • Business process modeling
  • Business process reengineering
  • From specification creation solution document review test planning etc. up to production
  • May be responsible for not only functional requirements but also nonfunctional requirements
  • Sometimes we check screen layouts and customer experience design fits and gaps

Essential Skills:
  • Extensive experience in highvolume B2C/B2B ecommerce systems
  • A bachelors degree from an accredited educational institution or an equivalent foreign qualification
  • At least 10 years experience in information technology
  • At least 4 years of business analysis experience in some area
  • Good understanding of Japanese and English
  • Deep understanding of digital services and customer experience
  • Ability to lead and coach teams in system solutions
  • Actively participate in dialogue with business stakeholders and participate in all her SDLC lifecycle
  • Ability to review team members work and provide guidance to solve complex problems
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to lead a team in requirements extraction and management (epic and user stories/story mapping/BDD)
  • Experience with the latest enterprise digital technologies across ecommerce marketing interactivity and operations
  • Expertise in facilitation collaboration situational awareness and influence across teams and departments
  • Raise awareness of customer experience in digital services and foster customer relationships
  • High (near native) Japanese proficiency and business level English proficiency
