Due to our rapid expansion we are looking for a:

Senior SW Engineer Research & Algorithms

Responsibilities:

• Algorithm Development: Create and optimize advanced algorithms. Extract insights patterns and forecasts.
• EndtoEnd Implementation: Take ownership of projects from idea conception to practical deployment ensuring seamless integration.
• Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science and backend technologies. Conduct research to identify innovative solutions and methodologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including algorithm developers engineers and analysts to integrate research findings into productionready solutions.
• Prototyping: Rapidly develop prototypes and proofofconcept solutions to test and validate research hypotheses.

Requirements :

• MS.c in Computer Science Mathematics or a related field. BS.c in the same fields will also be considered.
• Proven research experience in machine learning deep learning or algorithm development.
• Proficiency in highlevel programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Proven track record in creating complete endtoend solutions within a realworld industrial production setting.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and microservice architecture is an advantage.
• Mentoring research initiatives within a diverse and talented team.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas using clear and straightforward language.
