Business Analyst

Amega Group is a growing fintech company seeking to hire a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team focusing on the development of cuttingedge web and mobile client applications for our CFD brokerage platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis requirements gathering and a deep understanding of the financial industry particularly in CFD trading.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders including product managers development teams and endusers to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed requirements

• Conducting thorough analysis of business processes related to CFD trading identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization

• Creating comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs) functional specifications and user stories to articulate the scope and objectives of web and mobile app development projects

• Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements priorities and project status

• Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation

• Working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the development of intuitive and userfriendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications optimizing the overall user experience

• Analyzing data related to user behavior market trends and performance metrics to inform decisionmaking and continuous improvement efforts

• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including developers quality assurance and project managers to ensure successful and timely delivery of highquality software
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in web and mobile app development good understanding of UX/UI design principles

• Strong understanding of CFD trading and financial markets

• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills

• Experience in Agile Scrum software development approach

• Knowledge of relevant technologies and frameworks used in web and mobile app development

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in the CFD industry
