We are looking for a Finance Director to lead our strategic commercial finance operations ensuring our longterm financial sustainability and success. Working directly with the Publitek Board and reporting to the CEO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our business. You will promote sustainable growth and support us in achieving our ambitious growth targets and realising our margin potential.
While this is a proactive and strategic role you will also ensure that reactive reporting is delivered promptly our management accounts are managed effectively and all deadlines are consistently met.
We operate a hybrid model with offices based in Bath London and Luton offering you the opportunity to spend time in one of our three UK offices.
Conduct indepth financial analysis and provide insights into financial performance pricing structures cost structures and revenue generation opportunities
Lead both budgeting and forecasting processes driving accuracy and accountability and ensuring plans align with our strategic goals
Take a proactive stance on analysing financial data to respond to challenges in realtime and predict future trends before they happen
Understand our business the markets we operate in and the challenges our clients face in order to consult with the wider team
Take a truly global view of the business ensuring consistency of processes across all geos and standardising financial reporting helping us to deliver our vision of operating as One Publitek
Take overall responsibility for the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial reporting ensuring business leaders have the data they need to aid decisionmaking
Manage daily financial operations using the existing team and outsourced finance team in India and continually look for ways to improve them
Work with Next15 and the shared services team to ensure all Publiteks needs are met. Also manage the relationship with Next15 building relationships with key Group stakeholders and effectively managing communication and hitting deadlines
Bring IT services HR and finance together in more of an operations capacity to ensure we have all the right support functions in place to enable seamless growth
Continue to build and lead our finance team encouraging a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement including team development and upskilling
Ensure compliance with financial regulations in all regions where the group operates globally
Work with the Board to identify potential M&A opportunities and support effective integration with new businesses
Promote greater financial and commercial knowledge across the business train people on the importance of profitability utilisation and how we as a business
Help develop pricing models and strategies for future products and services including SaaS models and how these compare to peoplebased services pricing
Maximise working capital and debt management across the Publitek balance sheet ensuring that on a monthly basis our position is both understood and optimised
Network with peers inside and outside of the N15 group to share and understand best practice and how this can be brought into Publitek
Experience in a finance leadership position at a marketing services consultancy/solution provider across multiple global locations
The demonstrated ability to drive financial results and growth
Accounting qualifications like ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent
Proficiency in financial software and tools including implementation of new software/tools to enhance the financial and commercial business processes
Excellent team management skills
