THE ROLE

Were looking for a Community Manager to act as the voice and ears for Oatly joining a team of community managing masterminds globally all of whom youd work closely with. In this role youll be juggling multiple channels to engage with our consumers in Australia New Zealand and the NSEA region. Youll use email our community forum and social media platforms to do that. All in all youll be the one making consumers feel like theyre chatting with a friendly face rather than just another faceless corporation.

You will also be involved in taking the lead on internal projects contributing to Oatlys strategic vision locally as well as continuing to build strong trusting multifunctional relationships internally and externally.

The role is based in Australiahybrid remote (we have an office in Sydney) andreports into ourDirector of Community Management for International Markets who is based in Sweden.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:

• Engage and celebrate with our consumers through timely and accurate interactions.

• Answer challenging questions with clear articulate answers.

• Be on the frontline to resolve consumer complaints.

• Be part of the conversation and debate we stimulate through our marketing campaigns.

• Assist with various local commercial and brand activation opportunities and execute those plans.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Youve got excellent social skills and youre a talented communicator with the ability to adapt to the Oatly tone in English. Youre resilient and able to handle tough conversations with sensitivity and honesty.

• Youre adaptable with the ability to take on and complete tasks at short notice.

• Youre calm in a crisis and deliver solutions with a calm pragmatism.

• Youre IT literate and comfortable getting to know and using multiple systems.

• Youre competent and experienced in the fastpaced world of social media.
• The role will be based in Sydney. Due to business needs you must reside in Australian Eastern Time.
