Junior Marketing Officer - Intern mfd

Your Responsibilities

As a Junior Marketing Officer you will help us to grow FRIDAY by executing a range of marketing tasks and using a variety of methods to implement them. You will have an active role in strengthening FRIDAYs position across the French market helping us to achieve our goal of becoming one of the leading digital insurers in Europe. We are looking for a talented individual with a broad digital marketing skillset and an excellent communicator who can share the story and vision of FRIDAY with our customers. Your responsibilities

• Organic growth :
  • Coordinate and execute SEO content production
  • Coordinate and execute video integration
  • Website updates and integrations
• Social Media :
  • Social Media Management: Engage with and grow the community on platforms like Instagram Facebook X and LinkedIn
• CRM :
  • Customer Feedback and Engagement : engage with customers through replies to reviews and marketing related customer requests
  • Coordinating and executing emailing strategy
  • Maintain high ratings across review platforms like Trustpilot and Google reviews
• Project Management: Driving marketing projects which aim to increase organic visibility and brand love (e.g. community management content SEO).
• Working hand in hand with the local Head of Marketing and reporting to him.
• You will be integrated in an international context with colleagues from Poland Germany Switzerland France.
• You will be located in France where you will have the opportunity of working with other teams on various topics.

Your ideal background and skillset

• Education: University degree in Communications/ Marketing/Business or in a similar relevant area. Masters degree is preferred
• Work Experience: Previous Internship or Working Student experience in relevant fields is a plus

Technical skills:

• Digital oriented: Strong knowledge and experience with google analytics social media. Experience with any video maker would be a plus
• Languages: You are fluent in French and English both written and spoken. Strong orthographic skills
• Analysis: Strong analytical skills including being KPIdriven with great attention to detail and you enjoy working with data to support your suggestions

• Communication: Written and oral communication is your passion; you have successful experiences with using social media
