Job opening for Sr. Engineer Inprocess Quality and Customer Quality for reputed Engineering Manufacturing company near Vadodara Savli.

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience: 5.00 to 7.00 Yrs

Location: Savli Vadodara

Salary: 6.50 to 7.00 LPA

Job Description:

*To analyze patrol inspection sheet nonconformities (NCs) reports

*Communicating customer complaints and process of concern including areas of high rework in the Daily Works Meeting to
the plant team and being responsible for defining the containment and corrective actions/plans

*Ensure customer communication to be done on time by Customer care team

*Monitoring and reviewing Layer audit and effectiveness of 8D related to customer complaints and internal complaints

*Manpower management in assigned Quality areas

*Inprocess Rejection on monthly basis return and rework analysis report action plan for return and rework

*Clear CCR (Customer Complaint Return) note in system and submit documents to accounts. (Calculate rework cost material
transfer entry and making report)

*Sound knowledge of QA/QMS/Customer.

*Good written and oral communication is a must for this
customer facing role
