Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate on-site maintenance works for facilities and villa compounds, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and addressing complaints promptly.
• Schedule and organize maintenance and cleaning tasks, both internally and externally, to maintain tidiness.
• Record, receive, and escalate complaints and job requests to the relevant parties, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold and enforce all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies at all times.
• Implement and follow the relevant requirements of the Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports regularly and as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School or Secondary School certificate.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a combination of relevant experience and education.
