They continuously seek ways to open new dimensions in customer engagement using a mix of enriching physical experiences and innovative digital services. Purpose of the job

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join our business at this critical time of high growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand and marketing initiatives that will capitalise on existing and evolving business opportunities that will in turn enhance business performance brand awareness and the reputation of Airport Dimensions products or services across both B2B and B2C audiences.

This role requires a deep understanding of branding principles strong project and stakeholder management skills and creative flair.

Key Responsibilities

Brand development and management:

  • Lead the execution of comprehensive brand strategies ensuring a seamless integration of new brands into our portfolio.
  • Ongoing brand management that ensures assets remain relevant and engaging to key stakeholders with all products services and communications falling under the defined brand parameters.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to review evolve create and maintain all brand documents communicating updates effectively to key stakeholders

Content development:

  • Create compelling and effective copy for marketing materials such as website content emails and social media posts.
  • Take charge of photography and videography shoots overseeing the entire process to update assets across channels.
  • Develop captivating B2C social media content enhancing brand presence and audience engagement.

Research and analytics:

  • Leverage guest feedback to provide actionable recommendations and updates ensuring marketing activities resonate with our audience.
  • Conduct regular reviews of competitor activities to stay informed on industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Marketing activations:

  • Support new lounge openings by coordinating brand activations photography sessions updates on thirdparty channels and stakeholder communications.
  • Organize industry events in line with Airport Dimensions business development strategy collaborating with event organizers and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Manage endtoend social media ownership for B2C channels creating and monitoring engaging content and addressing inquiries to enhance brand presence.

Performance management:

  • Generate routine reports on campaign performance metrics.
  • Conduct organic social media reporting analysing key metrics to enhance strategy and engagement.

Knowledge skills and experience required

  • Experience working in brand or marketing
  • Experience across the full brand journey from inception to ongoing brand management
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and influence and manage marketing piers and senior stakeholder
  • Social media capabilities and knowledge of social media management platforms
  • Creative skills across design and copywriting with a keen eye for detail. Comfortable using Adobe creative suite
  • Good communicator proactive assertive and able to use initiative. Not afraid to challenge and make recommendations.
  • Experience working in the travel or hospitality industry would be preferred but other servicebased experience would be relevant
