Hey we are Primal State a young fastgrowing health & well aging company from Berlin. Glow25 is now another very successful brand in the Primal family a collagen company that is setting new standards in the well aging market. We have made it our mission to give people a vital and invigorating start to the day with highquality nutritional supplements.

This is where we need your support:

Fluent in Polish you will be responsible for providing customer support to our community. Your main tasks will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email chat phone and messenger tools
• Supporting with the order process
• Handling returns
• Processing customer reviews
• If necessary supporting the Germanspeaking support team

You have the following experience:

• You have completed vocational training
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a dynamic ecommerce company
• You speak Polish at native level other languages are a plus
• At best you have already worked with Zendesk Asana and Slack
