Job Description

Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships and expanding the companys customer base. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting networking and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Create and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while maintaining an understanding of the companys offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Participate in the development of marketing materials to support sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions track leads and report on sales activities.
  • Participate in industry events trade shows and conferences to expand the companys network.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales and business development activities to management.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of longterm strategic plans to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development sales or related role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and salesrelated tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced competitive environment.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
