We are seeking a Senior Executive Credit who will be responsible for overseeing and managing customer credit facilities. This role involves analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of customers and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from defaulters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and assess credit applications, taking appropriate action.
- Gather all necessary documents and information related to credit applications.
- Conduct on-site visits, alongside the Credit Manager, to evaluate credit applicants' offices and facilities.
- Approve credit facilities or seek necessary approvals.
- Update credit-related activities in the ERP system.
- Perform risk assessments and analysis.
- Establish and monitor credit data for risk analysis purposes.
- Regularly monitor credit limits.
- Coordinate with divisions and departments regarding credit-related activities.
- Manage the customer master database.
- Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
- Periodically review and enhance the Credit Policy and Procedures as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to Credit Officers.
- Temporarily assume the responsibilities of the Credit Manager in their absence.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in credit management or a combination of relevant experience and education.
