Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry with 5-8 years of experience.
- Supervisory Skills
- Hands on maintenance attitude
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant certification or degree in a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
