The Specialist will lead employer branding development recruitment marketing employee experience communications and marketing all in conjunction with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Brand teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in the development of multiple and varied global employer brand initiatives and recruitment marketing content in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors as necessary.
- Social media strategy setup and development of profiles as well as 6 month content calendar creation community management
- Development of value proposition messaging framework with distinct look and feel/employer brand identity for ongoing creative development
- Careers website design content collation build crossover/implementation
- Digital media programmatic advertising Google ads job boards online profiles community management
- Ongoing copywriting and content production
- Designing and activating employer brand strategies in a global organization/for global clients
- Budget management project management and frequent updates to wider team and leadership
- Other duties may be assigned
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of job boards and ATS.
- Excellent problemsolving organizational project management and critical thinking skills
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Adept and engaging communication skills and ability to persuade
- Proven success leading complex project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects
- Previous experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing required
- Skilled at leveraging consultative mindset techniques
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Nice to have:
- Graphic design UX design thinking
- Combination of agency and corporate/inhouse experience
- Data analytics
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Communications Branding HR Marketing or other related field Required
- 5 Years of experience in employer branding for a global corporation Required
Schedule:
- This is a remote position. Generally standard office hours with some flexibility when liaising with global teams
- Candidates based in California are highly preferred
Pay & Duration:
- Contract for 9months
- Pay $5153/hr
