CYARA testing QA Lead
- 5 Years of Software QA/ Technical testing experience in Voice/Contact Center technologies namely Genesis IVR
- Experience in generating manual and automation test scripts with CYARA.
- Handson experience in CYARA and should have extensive experience in using Data Driven Tags and running campaigns.
- Design and oversee test approaches test strategies test plans and test results to ensure risk based and right size testing.
- Conduct load stress scalability and reliability testing to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define performance requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Skills: CYARA IVR GENESIS Performance testing.
