Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong expertise in backend and database development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components of the web applications. They should have a deep understanding of web development technologies frameworks and best practices with a focus on delivering highquality scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications using modern web development technologies including HTML CSS TypeScript/JavaScript and relevant frameworks (e.g. React Angular).
Design and implement robust scalable and efficient backend APIs and services using backend technologies such as Node.js Python.
Build and optimize database schemas queries and data models for relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and other developers to define requirements plan project milestones and deliver highquality solutions.
Perform code reviews write automated tests and ensure code quality performance and security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and debug issues identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Stay updated on emerging technologies trends and best practices in web development and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Work in an agile environment participate in sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives and contribute to the teams success by meeting project deadlines and delivering highquality work.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in database management and backend development.
Proficiency in frontend technologies and frameworks such as HTML5 CSS3 TypeScript/JavaScript React Angular.
Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js Python or equivalent.
Experience building and optimizing database schemas queries and data models for relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs microservices architecture and asynchronous programming.
Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience working in an agile development environment and using version control systems such as Git.
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
The candidate shall remain FULLY available to DI (100% dedicated to DI) between the Shift Timing. The candidate shall be instantly reachable on Microsoft Teams and email/ contact phone during the Shift timing. The candidate must join and actively participate in the KT design and status meetings without fail and on time.
The project is a highprofile one with strict and stringent timelines. There may be an occasional need to work during weekends and on Holidays and some days beyond the shift timings. DI will advise the candidate in advance and the candidate agrees to be available if required. DI shall compensate with time off if the candidates services are leveraged during weekends and/or Holidays.
