What you will be doing:
- Manage and develop business in the MidAtlantic Region including NYC Philadelphia New Jersey Delaware Baltimore D.C. and Virginia.
- Grow sales brand equity and market share by working directly with existing customers in retail promotional products and industrial market segments.
- Prospect and develop new partnerships across all market segments.
- Provide continuous account support and align objectives and strategies to meet stated goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development on new product ideas.
- Utilize sales tools (CRM) to understand account base and prioritize activities.
- Travel 75% of the time for customer meetings prospecting and trade shows.
Experience you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management in the apparel or footwear industry.
- Proven track record in pioneering new sales.
- Entrepreneurial outlook with a sales orientation.
- Experience in selling to Mass Retailers Promotional Products Sporting Goods Farm & Ranch and Industrial market segments.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- 4year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
