What you will be doing:

  • Manage and develop business in the MidAtlantic Region including NYC Philadelphia New Jersey Delaware Baltimore D.C. and Virginia.
  • Grow sales brand equity and market share by working directly with existing customers in retail promotional products and industrial market segments.
  • Prospect and develop new partnerships across all market segments.
  • Provide continuous account support and align objectives and strategies to meet stated goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development on new product ideas.
  • Utilize sales tools (CRM) to understand account base and prioritize activities.
  • Travel 75% of the time for customer meetings prospecting and trade shows.

Experience you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management in the apparel or footwear industry.
  • Proven track record in pioneering new sales.
  • Entrepreneurial outlook with a sales orientation.
  • Experience in selling to Mass Retailers Promotional Products Sporting Goods Farm & Ranch and Industrial market segments.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth.
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • 4year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
