Role overview
We are looking for a Junior Community Manager with a passion for social media to join our team in London. Reporting to the Social Media Manager you will collaborate with the Social Media team to deliver a socialfirst strategy for some major brand accounts.
We operate a hybrid remote model and expect one or two days of office presence per week.
As a Junior Community Manager at ELVIS you will:
- Work across our leading brands social media accounts.
- Lead the daily moderation and community management of the channels identifying issues that require escalation and creative opportunities for our brands.
- Work with the Social Media team to deliver socialfirst thinking and capitalise on opportunities to engage with our consumers.
Youll bring:
- At least one years experience in community management.
- Experience in managing social media channels.
- Understanding of social media account setup and functionality.
- Experience in posting on nonpersonal (brand/business) accounts.
- Excellent written (including spelling and grammar) and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in following processes and managing workload effectively.
- Strong team player.
