Job Description
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients for a junior IT support technician. This is a 2 months contract with possibility of extension.
Tasks
- IT support level 12
- laptop migration with data migration
- hardware (PCs and laptops) and software support (O365 and other Microsoft tools)
- ticket management
Requirements
- previous experience in IT support ideally in an international environment
- good knowledge of Microsoft software
- good soft skills
- fluent english and french is nice to have
