Trainee- Production

• Learn and understand the companys production processes procedures and quality standards.
  
  
• Assist production team members in daytoday tasks and operations.
  
  
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervision to produce goods according to specifications.
  
  
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet the required standards.

Requirements

1. No prior experience required; however a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
   
2. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
   
3. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
   
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
   
5. Detailoriented with a focus on quality and safety.
