Job Description
- Minimum 15 years of experience with the most recent 34 years in leadership position managing a delivery team in endend IT Infra Services Delivery and Operations
- Strong IAM Technology Landscape Understanding
- Focus on IAM project opportunities and transformation initiatives
- Budgeting and P/L management of business portfolio of US $50M
- Proposals SOWs Solutions Contract review documentation and negotiation experience
- Experience in managing global teams operating from multiple locations
- Strong People practice credentials in engagements and management of tech/delivery team sizes of 200 minimum.
- Employee retention motivation and training
- Focus on grooming people to work on IAM Tools within select timelines
- Value add to customerYOY by working closely with the Transformation
- Leadership experience for Governance Dashboard based reporting and experience of:
- Solutions Good understanding of IAM tools and architecture
- Delivery excellence Automation Continuous improvement Value add initiatives and internal compliances Contractual obligations SLA parameters ACSAT score
- Operational Excellence Build teams and manage People parameters like Utilization Attrition; Hygiene and internal compliances
- Financial parameters Track gross margin targets track billing
- Customer Management Establish relationship at multiple levels in customer organization
- Collaboration with Account management teams in managing governance; Qualify Business expansion opportunities and contract related efforts Experience Mandatory
