We are hiring for a UX Designer in Canada. Listed below is the job description. To qualify for this fulltime permanent/(T4 Hourly) position you must reside within the borders of Canada.
Minimum Qualifications
4 years of related professional user experience (UX) design experience.
Solid understanding of design systems design patterns and reusable components.
Demonstrated ability to visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity from highlevel wireframes or mockups to conceptual presentations to technical documents and diagrams.
Good communicator and storyteller able to explain technical topics to a nontechnical audience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HCI Interaction design or equivalent work experience.
Experience of building a design system or contributing to a design system.
Experience designing for applications spanning desktop web & mobile experiences for SaaS cloudbased software.
Experience working in large and/or distributed organizations.
Experience within the fields of Industrial Design Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering.
Experience with 3D design/engineering/manufacturing software (Solidworks Inventor Pro/Engineer etc.).
