Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences You will be working as IS Service Manager, will be part of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions division based in Doha, Qatar. In this role you will be responsible for building and providing specific IS Solutions/Services and support activities elaborate on scope and impacting areas This position reports to Country IS Manager EL AE & ME Your responsibilities • Receiving global strategies and local demands, identifying the needs of the various areas and businesses, qualifying, prioritizing, and exposing project opportunities to customers, their implications, values involved and definition of the appropriate IT solutions. • Partnering with the Local Management to qualify and prioritize demand. Recommending delivery of business processes/projects supporting IS systems/projects to the Business Areas organization, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality and/or operational functionality. • Monitoring delivery of IS solutions/service/support within Corporate and Business Areas • Training process users (key users) in the implemented solutions • Collaborating with Business Process Owners of the Business Areas to map business process demand to existing or new IS solutions/services. • Working with L2 teams as needed and providing workarounds / solutions to customer issues • Monitoring that IS Standards and IS Guidelines are adhered to, where relevant, managing assigned budget effectively and delivering activities within agreed schedules and costs. Executing as single IS interface to Business Areas/Function/Country Management. • Managing relationships with stakeholders to update status, resolve issues, and manage expectations. • Informing/consulting relevant IS colleagues on any change or project activities which may have a major impact on the others' areas of responsibility. • Executing, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIS.
