Job Description

Compliance Associate

Location: London United Kingdom

As a Compliance Associate you will work closely with the Head of Compliance to uphold Theramexs compliance program in accordance with laws regulations and best practices. Additionally you will assist the Pharmacien Responsable France in overseeing promotional activities ensuring the accuracy of medical information and supporting various compliance initiatives.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Science degree with pharmaceutical regulatory experience.
  • Experience in Copy approval according to ABPI and EFPIA Code of Practice.
  • Knowledge of data privacy matters (GDPR).
  • Ability to interact effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Desirable

  • Understanding of EFPIA Code of Practice.
  • Compliance experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in designing developing and implementing training programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and changing environment.

About the role:

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborate with medical commercial and communication teams to ensure compliance with company standards and local Code of Practice.
  • Manage compliance SOPs including developing and updating new SOPs as needed.
  • Provide ongoing training to Theramex personnel on compliance matters.
  • Support teams from a compliance perspective on emerging information channels and innovative approaches within local legislation.
  • Assist the Head of Compliance in providing guidance to employees across Europe Australia and Latin America on compliance and ethics.
  • Review and confirm adherence to internal policies and local legislation.
  • Handle data privacy matters (GDPR) and manage Grants & Donations requests.
  • Conduct due diligence for potential collaborations with thirdparty distributors.
  • Ensure compliance with social media use policies.
  • Coordinate reporting of transfers of value within UK jurisdictions.
