WHATS THE MISSION
An inspirationalbrand ambassador youll leadby example to delivera memorable and engaging instore experience that lifts the bar on all others bringing Experiential Retail to life. You are an advocate for our core values and lead the team ensuring these are at the forefront of everything you do.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE
Experiential Retail
- Partner with your ASM &Store Manager to lead by example on the shop floor ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer experience through our 3 experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovative.
- Deliver a world class experience like no otherensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
- Build brand loyalty by promoting our CRM scheme hosting events and engaging with your local community
- Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store.
Inspirational Team Management
- Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support mentorship coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles
- Adopt a reverse leadership approach in order to recognise and celebrate team achievements and identify development opportunities for continuous growth
- A clear and confident communicator youre comfortable with delivering feedback to your team on the shop floor observing & delivering in the moment
Operational & Brand Loyalty Excellence
- Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness organisation and visual merchandising.
- Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment.
- Ensure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal regular customer base for the store.
