Requirements

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to help our CoFounder & CTO Nitish on both administrative & strategic AI & ML projects to help Genie AI in our mission to open source the law. In doing so you will be helping to build a hugely successful LegalTech company that has a positive impact on society.

• You will be an additional intellectual resource for our Founder saving him time and enabling business growth with genuinely impactful ideas
  
• You will think strategically and proactively working on planning short term and long term projects in support of Nitish and the wider engineering & product teams
  
• You will prepare content for presentations demos and drawing diagrams
  
• You will assist in writing technical blogs & curating social posts to help our Founder build his personal brand
  
• You will proactively seek out new opportunities for Nitish in the Tech Business and AI marketplace
  
• You will keep a close eye on industry developments new technologies and engage in various communities on behalf of Nitish actively participating in building Nitishs personal brand in the industry
  
• You will research and analyse a variety of complex topics in AI / Technical / Product
  
• You will spend a significant amount of time managing Nitish emails handling day to day scheduling of his diary & occasionally the wider engineering & product teams
  
• You will make purchases and calendar bookings on behalf of Nitish in both his personal and professional life
  
• You will assist with household management and adhoc financial tasks including bill payments and accountants
  
• You will be responsible for planning and booking personal trips and vacations as well as running any personal errands
  
• You will use new technologies to automate your work as much as possible
  
• You will be excited about being a general forcemultiplier for productivity of our Founder
  
• You will have the freedom to own what you do because at Genie AI every employee is a founder
  
  

About you

• You are a strong multitasker accustomed to spinning many plates at once and you possess effective strategies for time management
  
• You are naturally a serviceoriented person with a high focus on anticipating recognising and meeting peoples needs
  
• You have a keen interest in all things technology and are tech savvy when it comes to photoshop video editing
  
• You have strong research and data analysis skills
  
• You possess excellent creative writing skills and / or have experience writing blogs
  
• You are a strong empathiser able to maintain healthy and professional working relationships in a small but rapidly growing team
  
• You can communicate succinctly and accessibly to internal and external stakeholders alike and have a discerning eye for detail
• Youre keen to work independently as well as collaborate at times with a rapidly growing diverse team
• You are innately curious; love to learn & to share your learning with others. We have fostered an incredible learning culture at Genie and are looking for someone who loves to invest in their own learning and selfdevelopment
• You have experience handling personal and sensitive information

Interview process

• You will initially meet our Talent Acquisition Manager Charlette followed by a Technical interview with our CoFounder Nitish and a culture round to explore values & cultural fit
