Job Description
At Destinus we are on a mission to build nearspace vehicles and infrastructure to power the worlds fastest transportation network. To make this happen we are developing hydrogenpowered hypersonic vehicles. This is a unique opportunity to take part in shaping the future of aviation! You will be primarily responsible for developing mechanical/structural systems for subsonic/supersonic and hypersonic flights. You will be a part of our engineering team and interact with all engineering disciplines to resolve new issues as they arise. It is the unique project with unique opportunities for skill and experience.
Tasks
- Independ analysis task performing;
- Structural structural / thermal analysis and sizing of aerospace structures;
- Vibration and frequency response analysis;
- Structural optimization;
- Fatigue and damage tolerance analysis;
- Laboratory ground and flight test support;
- Analysis tools development;
- Test program development;
- Preparation of technical reports and presentations;
- Continuous exchanges with suppliers;
- Assist in the development of manufacturing integration and test processes and procedures;
- Raw test data processing and analysis validation;
- Certification and qualification process support.
Requirements

- Knowledge of the English language is required. Knowledge of the French or German language is an advantage.
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of continuum and solid mechanics.
- Knowledge of applied mathematics and physics.
- Understanding of hypersonic flight physics.
- Experience of C / Python / Matlab programming.
- Experience of Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis.
- Experience of laboratory ground and flight test.
- Knowledge of GVT performing.
- Experience of CFD (Ansys Fluent Star CCM etc).
- Participation in certification process.
