Junior Marketing Manager

Founded in Australia in 2019 we have now helped over 500K patients globally by combining technology design and operational excellence to help patients access the best clinical support when they need it wherever they are.

Our 4 digital Clinics (Juniper Pilot Kin & Software) focus heavily on personalizing the experience for different demographics and are powered by a growing team across 5 countries (Australia UK Germany Japan and the Philippines).

Weve raised over AUD$150M in funding from Aussie and Silicon Valley investors who were early backers of Uber Canva and AirBnb. With plans to launch into several more markets offline channels and tackle new conditions.

Tasks

Your responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head of Growth Growth Marketers designer and copywriters in Germany as well as with our Headquarter Marketing and Creative team in Australia
• Strategize: Support in creating a coherent growth and marketing strategy for our German market
• Get creative: Build and create static ads landing pages email flows and social media posts
• Get more creative: Use Figma to turn a brief into a landing page or ad design
• Analyze: Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to deliver the best possible experience to our customers
• Analyze more: Support in reviewing performance by using tools like Google Analytics Hotjar Crazyegg Ads Manager
• Contribute to brand design systems for our telehealth brands ensuring it is onbrand
• Support on other relevant strategic projects important for Growth

Requirements

About You:

• 13 years of experience in Online Marketing / Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or a comparable degree
• Previous experience in a startup / scaleup environment (digital health and/or ecommerce and/or B2C is a plus)
• You are interested in being heavily involved in the implementation of online marketing activities in a new market
• Proactive to take on new challenges and learn new skills
• Fluency in the German language is a must both written and verbal
• Good communication and English skills both written and verbal
• Youre familiar with common digital marketing tools (Figma Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager are a plus)
