1. Optimize this setup by either reducing costs through fleet & service management (OPEX savings) or increasing revenue via commercial improvements.
2. Suggest and study new efficient ways to serve the customers, while acknowledging the current state of the market and competition.
3. Develop business knowledge, acumen & visibility to conduct quick and accurate studies, react to market opportunities or even develop new partnerships, providing a high level of details on operational costs, commercial developments, market shares
4. Develop business plans to identify possibilities for growth, potential roadblocks, threats from the competition, and strategy to achieve targets.
5. Conduct regular status, strategy and business review meetings with customer’s senior management to understand their needs, respond to their requests, and curate offerings tailored to client’s current and future requirements
Business Intelligence
6. Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
7. Analyze the current setup of the lines and understand how they address the market and interact with each other.
8. Develop new analytical and reporting tools and KPIs for fleet management, company’s market share, commercial performance, etc.
9. Oversee the acquisition, integration, and validation of data from various sources.
10. Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing effective data governance practices.
11. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and storage
12. Drive the creation of insightful reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business intelligence.
13. Conduct thorough analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
14. Communicate findings to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
15. Evaluate and select appropriate BI tools and technologies.
16. Lead the implementation of BI solutions, ensuring they meet user requirements and are scalable
Problem Solving
17. Liaise with Customer Solutions Team to generate monthly report of service failures and root causes
18. Work closely with relevant internal teams to reduce order cycle times and improve fill rates while controlling the cost of serving customers
19. Represent the Company and demonstrate strong competence in forums, conferences, and networking with stakeholders and influencer.
20. Ensure operational performance issues and financial disputes are resolved and dealt with to maintain highest service level and ensure customer financial performance is maintained.
