Job Description
- Audits- Service Quality Standards & highlight areas to improve.
- Responsible for meeting regularly with business units and maintenance team members to discuss ways to exceed business unit revenue goals.
- Presenting KPI dashboard, associated reports to the management (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
- Support the Administration and Management in Public relations with Roads & Transport Authority, Municipality, Customs, Logistics, Vehicles After Sales Contracts, and Insurance.
