Medical Assistant II

 Proficient in all duties of Medical Assistant l and Patient Concierge I.

 Ability to perform job duties and be proficient in Support Staff.  Performs procedures as instructed by provider including but not limited to bladder irrigations, bladder instillations (i.e. BCG and related intravesical chemotherapy), assists in vasectomy, removes and or replaces suprapubic catheter, teaches intermittent self-catherization.

 Assists in patient callbacks and prescription refills under the direction of provider.  Fills in as Triage Liaison as needed.
