Job Description

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is looking for a Business Support Assistant Intern (full time) for 6 months from July 2024.



With over 600 members and 200 events per year the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is a dynamic Business community Hub.


Within the Business Support Department the Business Support Assistant will be in charge of assisting French companies in their export activities on the Singaporean market.


Reporting to the Team France Export Manager the Assistant will work on different missions including commercial prospection missions market studies visit and conference schedules for company delegations study trips seminars and learning expeditions:


Information:

Answering the various questions and incoming requests from companies based in France

Provide advice to these same companies on various aspects (market knowledge regulations...) and make a followup


Commercial support:

Provide support to the team in charge of prospecting market analysis and other missions

Write activity reports in the context of missions

Update and be a force of proposal in the content of the various supports (database brochures sectorial sheets...)

Participation in the customer brief

Preparation of a list of prospects

Making contact with customer prospects by email or phone

Realization of market studies

Preparation of files (sectorial information schedule of appointments description of prospects) before mission

Go with the client to the appointment

Postmission commercial assistance

Admin followup : prepare and send the order and the standard contract payment followup before the mission starts

Updating monitoring tools for the mission activity (CRM and reporting files)


Organization of webinars digital events or exhibitions :

Help with operational logistical and administrative organization

Various collective operations on different sectors (Health Cleantech Retail Agrotech) in person or digitally: collective information sessions organization of BtoB meetings etc.

Various thematic webinars (Health Cleantech fintech Retail Industry 4.0 Agrotech)

Promote the events by identifying and contacting/relaunching prospects

Be the point of contact for exhibitors/participants

Assist and promote the services of Team France Export and the Chamber in general




Requirements

Education : Business school DUT IAE or university

Genuine interest in sales

Sense of contact and initiative

Curiosity

Autonomous and motivated strong proactivity

Strong organizational skills and team spirit
